The doctor said [the boy] hadn't eaten in three weeks.

That's Antonio reporting what the doctor said ... but if the doctor didn't say that, one would expect a clarification from him at some point.

Maybe it's just a miracle. And I hope both children are placed in permanent adoptive homes post-haste, and the same with the baby she's expecting, as soon as it's born.

I can't believe that all these stories are based on what Antonio said the doctor said. I think he's covering his a$$. Authorities can probably verify that the mother has been at the friend's house for three 3 wks.

Any bets that she says she left the baby with his father, Antonio? Pure speculation on my part. My money is on Antonio being the AWOL parent for the past several days.
