If C&D are defeated,Colorado won`t have schools, roads,old folks will die, hospitals will close,and, oh, the sky will also fall.
I was just up in Minnesota, where I spoke at a college, and I swear, I saw a bumpersticker, "What Would Wellstone Do?"
Most of the Republicans in the state support C & D, including the Governor, and former Senator Hank Brown.
I remember President Reagan actually signed spending bills which used taxpayer monies for necessary expenditures. Maybe schools and roads are not necessary, but most people agree that they are beneficial enough to pay for.
I imagine he'd grab a parachute on the way into the plane!
