Prussian Blue is another name for prussic acid, which is hydrocyanic acid, which is HCN and was once marketed as Zyklon-B, a rat poison made infamous when it was used to gas the Jews in the Holocaust.

Prussic acid is a solution of hydrogen cyanide (HCN) in water

Prussian Blue is Fe[Fe3+Fe2+(CN)6]3

Prussian Blue, the chemical, has a purpose that is not poisonous. It may be an antidote in the event of a dirty bomb. Apparently Cesium isn't hard to get & it binds with concrete as well.

From "Boston University Medical Campus
Nuclear Accidents Preparedness Program"

"Treatment Methods

Minimize intake.
Reduce and/or inhibit absorption.
Block uptake.
Use isotopic dilution.
Promote excretion.
Alter chemistry of the substance.
Displace isotope from receptors.
Chelate."

"Cesium

* 137Cs (physical half-life, 30 years; biological half-life, 109 days) is the dominant radioisotope in aged fission products.
* Distributes in body fluids similarly to potassium.
* The most effective means for removing radioactive cesium is the oral administration of ferric ferrocyanate, commonly called Prussian Blue.
* One gram orally three times daily x 3 weeks reduces the biological half-life to about 1/3 of the normal value."

Now I hear the military has it. Why can't we get it? We can get KI (potassium iodide). And let's pray for those girls. As cute as they are on the outside, they're a mess on the inside.
