Germany may finally know the cast of politicians that is going to take over the reins of power, but chancellor-designate Angela Merkel has her work cut out for her. She is now surrounded by a motley crew of power hungry egos just waiting for her first mistake to pounce. To succeed, she'll have to be part lion tamer and part tight rope walker.

I do not think that it is that difficult as the author of the article imagined since most of the new administration are quite sensible persons, but it will be a hard fight to get the country into a better direction. Let us pray that Merkel is going to make it!

I don't think so either. She could use the fear everyone else seems to have of the Linkesparty to move things more in her direction.
