My massive ego awaits hard data from your ID experiments.
No, it is just general knowledge from having read a lot about science. But let me guess, the Bible is the only textbook you've ever needed, right? I don't recall any other anti-e reveling quite so much as you in his scientific ignorance.
...gaps?...what gaps?...we got no stinking gaps!
LoL! I remember that movie...
You f***ing ignorant cracker. Go somewhere else and peddle your nonsense. If you follow my ideas on this thread my argument is not against science, is not for creationism, is not for IDism, it's for science and against those in science who've an agenda. Learn how to read in context, fool.
I've never pretended to have any background in oil geology. I'm just interested in the current debate about biogenic vs abiogenic origins of oil.
Question: what about the theory that bio-markers in oil are not an indication of plant life, but are an indication of thermophilic bacteria which can exist in extreme environments. As you're in the industry, why or why wouldn't this be a valid theory?
we proceed as if the Theory of Gravity is in fact a Law
I understand your point but to me there is a big distinction in the Theory of Gravity and the Theory of Evolution. It seems to me that scientists have a far greater mathematical grasp on gravity than they do on evolution. If a 1 ton object was a 1000 or 100,000 miles out in space there could tell you the exact weight of that object. Darwin evolution isn't even close to being that accurate. It presumes way too much, IMO, to even be compared to the Theory of Gravity. BTW, I read an article here on FR a couple days ago that is testing Einstein's Theory of Gravity. Something about space/time warp which I have no clue of but am willing to wait 15 months for them to sort out the data and see what it says.
The Bible has no argrument with true science and I don't have a problem that a true scientist would exclude the existence of any god because he uses only what he can measure or whatever to come to a conclusion, if he does. But evolution comes with no set of values or virtues. If believed in a person can do whatever they choose without consequences. But both you and I know that isn't the case which points to spiritual laws that are in affect for everybody whether they believe in God or not. Successful people all do the same thing and failures all do the same thing. A personal gripe I have is that way back in high school I had some JO who tried to hammer Darwin evolution into me. I was smart enough to play his game but I didn't believe a word of it. Why should evolution be forced which I see the gays doing with their agenda?
I agree completely. But evolution has the most physical evidence behind it while ID has very little. I'm not against god, I'm against ID as science.
I've seen them. They're very ignorant as was your claim aout Galileo.
Don't you have to get back to the car wash or something...?
Why, are you finished washing with my car?
A molecular geneticist performing gene sequences might argue this point with you.
Darwin evolution isn't even close to being that accurate. It presumes way too much, IMO, to even be compared to the Theory of Gravity.
I disagree, but respect your opinion as such.
But evolution comes with no set of values or virtues.
Natural Selection does not need a set of values or virtues. "It" is not an entity, but rather a hypothesis based on numerous observations.
If believed in a person can do whatever they choose without consequences.
If I might refer you to the all-too-infamous gangster era in Chicago...a good number of Al Capone's...ahem...employees were Catholic, and they felt they were good Catholics (including Al himself). These individuals maintained their good standing with the Church through generous donations and weekly confessions, yet those same individuals continued to murder, extorted small businessmen, run the prostitution rings, etc., etc.
Evidently "faith" alone is insufficient to inspire morality:
"Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble." James 2:19
A personal gripe I have is that way back in high school I had some JO who tried to hammer Darwin evolution into me. I was smart enough to play his game but I didn't believe a word of it.
And thus I see the difficulty. You had some nitwit teacher that you have now equated with the Theory of Evolution. This is called transference. You might wish to think about this for a while.
Why should evolution be forced which I see the gays doing with their agenda?
I'm uncertain as to the meaning of this sentence, but if you believe gays are "pushing" the Theory of Evolution, there is no evidence to support your hypothesis.
Ultimately, you, me and everyone else who has or will ever live are responsible for our own thoughts, words and deeds. We will all be held accountable at some point. I happen to be one of those goofy scientists that believes not only in the existence of God, but that all life arose through Him via something very close to our current Theory of Evolution. My conscience is clear and I know my destination after I die. I hope the same is true for you.
Nice grammar....
Saab on a Rope....
He could have asked if you were finished bathing with his wife....
