The memo was drafted by the State Dept's "Bureau of Intelligence and Research"--if that doesn't sound like a kissing cousin of the CIA, I don't know what does. Beware the bureaucracy, son, they have long tentacles, and they fight dirty.

Great find, thanks! I did have to hold my nose while reading it though.... Its pathetically obvious that this whole ordeal is a complete set up.
