not to be the cynic, but thats pretty wild. i hope we can see some hard evidence of all of this.

Snell was chief prosecuter of a terror suspect(I don't remember who) in the original WTC bombing. Just before the trial, the suspect said, "If you go easy on me I can give you information about..." what turned out to be 9/11 attacks.
Snell decided unilaterally that the suspect had no credible information and turned the deal down.
