Now I do wish this paper hadn't printed such a blatant story, not that I don't think it's true, I would hope so, it's one of the reasons that the Pakistani military was initially hesitant about allowing foreign relief flights in this area, that being the large concentrations of Pakistani Military and their forts and camps, with jihadis of various stripes, ostensibly only rebels fighting for Kashmir in India, but in reality, many, many others embedded inside the camps and living in the towns devastated by the quake.
