Yeah, he's pretty much the only high-profile criminal defense lawyer that is any good in Texas.
He is big enough he rejects people he wants to get nailed.
Takes a lot of freebie cases he thinks deserve justice.
Prosecutors are both scared of him and consider him very ethical (a rare combo).

You sure about that? I hardly consider getting a clearly guilty murderer found innocent "ethical". But right now Congressman DeLay needs to fight fire with fire.
