Air America, the liberal talk network carried on WWRC-AM (1260), went
from bad to nonexistent. After WWRC recorded a mere fraction of a rating
point in the spring with syndicated shows from the likes of lefty talkers
Al Franken, Janeane Garofalo and Stephanie Miller, Arbitron couldn't
detect a measurable listenership for the station this time around.

Rush just read this.
Oh, man! LMAO!!!!
Great, great post.
Damn, have him on in background and missed it.
Too cool. Course, the libs don't know about Air America because they are still at NPR.

Al Franken is still drooling over the mike on channel 249 (directv) with its "Al Franken Show".
Trying hard not to LMAO - the baby is sleeping in the room here - but it sure is funny!
Well then, "the real question" isn't really much of a puzzle at all, is it?
Employers tend to put up with a lot from an employee who generates hundreds of millions of dollars for the company.
Employers are weird that way.
It's nice the way they bury that, at the end of the Stern article.
No, Oops, Hey, you remember that Radio expirement we endlessly hyped before the election?
Since Howard Stern announced he was moving his show to satellite radio, his ratings among 25-to-54-year-olds have sunk. (By Gregory Bull -- Associated Press)
Stern's share of radio's most lucrative audience (adults age 25 to 54) fell by nearly one-third during the July-September period, bottoming out at 3.4 percent, according to Arbitron Inc., which measures radio audiences. That was the lowest total for Stern in years, and possibly decades, given his long and successful career
And this too.
If a radio show was broadcast, and no one listened to it, was it ever really on the air?
Good riddance to Stern and Air America.
The other part of this story that also gladdens my heart is to see that Howard Stern's numbers are tanking. That filthy,foul-mouthed worthless piece of poop is the lowest of the low.
Maybe their listener died?
ah, thanks. searched by Air America instead of AirAmerica.
Admin, please pull as this is a duplicate.
(musical intro)
I was listening to Hannity or Rushbo
When I tried another station...why?...I don't know
I heard someone and I said, man does this guy blow
Oh-a-oh
In no time I quickly reached the right conclusion
I determined that he needs a brain transfusion
The poor guy was really suffering delusion
Oh-a-oh...the guy was crazy...oh-a-oh...he's freakin' crazy
Liberals stunk my radio up...liberals stunk my radio up
Just 10 seconds...that's enough...now, it's in the trash can
CNN and Jennings spew the same old prattle
Those who watch them follow like they're sheep or cattle
In their heads we're sure we heard something rattle
Oh-a-oh...the guy was crazy...oh-a-oh...he's freakin' crazy
Liberals stunk my radio up...liberals stunk my radio up
Just 10 seconds...that's enough...and that decision had not been tough
Now, it's in the trash can...stuffed down in the trash can
(musical interlude)
I'll miss that old Grundig
Liberals stunk my radio up...liberals stunk my radio up
Just 10 seconds...that's enough...and that decision had not been tough
I won't put up with that stuff...always whining while in a huff
(musical interlude)
Liberals stunk my radio up...liberals stunk my radio up
Liberals stunk my radio up...liberals stunk my radio up
Liberals stunk my radio up...liberals stunk my radio up
Liberals stunk my radio up...liberals stunk my radio up
Liberals stunk my radio up...(fade)
(musical finish)
What I think it says...
This story can not be true. AA is expanding all over and a network about to fold wouldn't build a new state of the art studio!
