No Ash is NOT being honest. He claimed, and even wrote an article in the newspaper addressing this, that the "Opt Out Law" did not require notification for simple discussion of same sex parent families. When the truth is, the Dept. of Ed., in answer to his question on this, that discussion such as used in this case, indeed DOES require, by law, notification and opportunity for parents to opt out.

He is wrong, and what he and other member of the school board are breaking the law. And the AG should be pursuing this, post haste!

I have read that he advances the( disingenuous) argument that this has nothing to do with sex education since sexual relations are not dealt with.
As if any 4-year old doesn't know that the affection between mom and dad is something "special." Touching, for instance, when the kids are already being told that touching can be a very wrong thing?

If you are not familiar with the incompetence of the Mass. AG, please go to Howie Carr's columns for a refresher course.
This guy couldn't even convict Bernie Law, speaking of homos.
