MA state law requires that parents be notified when sexuality is introduced into curriculum. That same law prohibits retaliation by said school district against the student or parent that opts out. When will A.G. O'Reilly charge the school district?

Good question! Maybe he needs to be prompted to follow the law!! All the articles today, as well as ABC, left out the fact that the school board advised the superintendent that, yes, the issue in question was covered under the opt out law. The superintendent instead took it upon himself to right an article in the newspaper, saying that discussions like this in school, are NOT covered under "opt out" In other words he lied!!
Article 8.org has the letter this useless person had published in the newspaper.
