Why do you assume that President Bush is "selling out", or kissing up? It could be that the President sees no useful purpose in rehashing "might have been" history, as the Democrats have attempted to do against him ("do unto others as you would have them do unto you", as opposed to, "do unto others before they do unto you"). Sure, it's possible that if the information that Atta was on Able Danger's "bad guy" list, he might have been arrested and deported (given the Clinton Administration's mind set on terrorism, that would have been his probable fate). Then again, you can't say that deporting Atta would have derailed 9/11. The party might have gone on without Atta, just as it went on without Moussawi(sp?) the "20th Hijacker", or Atta might simply have slipped across our (then and now) porous borders, and still have pulled off his caper. Our feelings are raw over some of the absurd allegations and outrageous attempts by the Democrats and the MSM to connect the most tenuous of dots between what President Bush and his Administration may have known about terrorist activity and the events of 9/11. We all want some sort of retributive justice (AKA: payback) against Bill Clinton and his cronies (which we won't get anyway, given the MSM "Shield Law" protecting Slick Willie). Maybe President Bush is a bigger man than we are, or maybe (as a political calculation) he just doesn't think it's worth the effort.

Suggest we all band together along with everyone we know and deluge our legislators, State and in Washington for a "show down".
