Whats happened to Houston is also happening to Florida. You're jumping out of the frying pan into the fire.
I know folks think that, but I am moving to horse country, Marion County. Bought myself 6.5 acres in heaven out in the middle of nowhere-2 miles from any main roads. I'll be just fine. Also noticed not many mexicans or haitians there in Marion County! Too expensive of an area for them;)
