Sometimes knowing the truth, simply possessing the knowledge is the desired result.

I think back to the 60's; Viet Nam, Pentagon Papers, Watergate, Deep Throat, Kent State, The Underground Groups such as Students for A Democratric Society and the Weathermen [nothing more than Domestic Terrorist Groups]

The common theme was what is the government hiding from us? Many of those on the dem side of the aisle started in the the anti-American movement of those days. They came to power because of the perception that our government was one big cover up operation.

I do not know why there is an effort to bury Able Danger. National Security or a desire to hide from us how truly inept the system was because of red tape.

If National Security-tell us. Simply say We are aware of the issues, we are investigating, but for reasons of National Security there are some things which cannot be made public.

If it is a screw-up issue, tell us. "It was lost in the beauracratic shuiffle. we have taken and will continue to make changes to reduce the chances of this happening again."

Trying to bury this issue gives us the impression that proecting those in power then and those in power now is the order of the day. Trying to bury the truth makes me ask "What else is the government hiding?" And then I think of the mindset of the 60's.

The bombing of the USS Cole had as much of an effect on me as 9/11. This one picture represents all of the emotion I have from that incident and 9/11

From the article: http://www.geocities.com/cgunn2000/final.htm

Go here: http://www.arlingtoncemetery.net/clgunn.htm See this:

If it is true, we knew of the plans to bomb the Cole, Seaman's Gunn death was in vain, the tears shed by his father were for NOTHING. If we knew of the plans to bomb the Cole two weeks in advance, those who are trying to bury this story, to keep it in the dark are protecting those involved the same as if they were protecting bin laden.

Let the light in. Truth for truth's sake is never a what-then issue.

It's all about Gorelick's Wall and the funny money from the Chinese, imo. They needed to keep law enforcement away from intelligence people............ and they did.
