That picture is actually a close up of the Raven pecking a Turk's head. It comes from the coat of arms for Schwarzenberg family. Check this out:

I didn't know what it was at the time I took the picture. When I was showing them to my Czech students, one of them recognized it and gave me the background. Apparently, the Schwarzenberg family was big on defeating Turks in 13th century. Or was it 14th? I don't recall. Anyway, it was really spooky seeing a church decorated with human bones!
