Sorry but what is a "neutral judge?"
I guess it is kind of like art:
'I don't know about judges, but I know what I like.'
I do not "like" Ronnie Earle's reported tactics and his history of "going after" people like he did with Kay Bailey Hutchinson. All I'm wondering is this: with the obvious tenacity with which Ronnie Earle is pursuing DeLay, who is overseeing Ronnie Earle to make sure things are being done within the law and within reason. Has the Texas AG spoken this?
Earle is tying up DeLay and that means he's tying up the political process, IMHO.
Have you ever met Earle or DeLay, HC? I wish I knew more about both of them and had a personal reference on each. Or, maybe not, considering the old saw about politics:
One should never watch sausage or legislation being made.

Unfortunately, I believe my nephew-in-law works for Earle and worships the ground he walks on. Kind of makes you want to throw up, doesn't it? Of course, he's a RAT himself and thinks he wants to run for DA somewhere someday.
