A boss who acted that way to me...would see me....go ape on him...and...bananas would be the only food he could eat for a long time.
People such as are described in this article are in the great minority. That said I believe this nations workforce has turned into the biggest bunch of puss*es imaginable. No "boss" keeps his/her job in todays competitive business world unless he gets the job done. What matters is results and anyone who claims that being a more kind and sensitive boss will get the average worker to work harder has probably been playing to much pocket pool.
