Pookie, I've been fascinated with political cartoons ever since I saw that drawing of a frowning Jimmy Carter seated at his desk holding the Panama Canal treaty with a huge lump on his head, and behind him on the wall, a portrait of a smiling Teddy Roosevelt holding a big stick.
