About the flu shot, don't you need to have one before you have your surgery? If they are not available, they will still do the surgery, won't they?

I hope we are not going to go through what we did last year. I finally got my flu shot in January.

I'm assuming they will do surgery with or without the flu shot. I was thrilled when I was told they would give the shots today and tomorrow. Two and a half weeks should be enough time for it to become effective. I didn't get a shot last year.

I see the heart guy Friday, I will ask him if he knows anyone who has the vaccine. I may need to start calling to see if I can find a drug store that is giving them. I wonder why they are having problems with the supplies.
