Yes, Dole/Kemp rivals Mondale/Ferraro as the best example of "dumb and dumber".
Remember the Kemp-Gore debate of 1996? No one does, everyone who tried to watch it fell asleep.
Kemp always supported illegal immigration - so no surprise he supports ex-felons voting. He's always been a RINO. He was original "Maverick".
I remember him coming to California during Prop 187 and calling Pete Wilson and all conservatives who supported it "racists".
