They have significant inroads into Canada...they are doing the same in Mexico. They have Cuba and Venezuela in their hip pocket...and they operate the Panama Canal. They have one of the largest (if not the) largest container terminals in the world in the Bahamas.

I'd say they have significant resources already in place all around us.
