I haven't been able to trace a Star Ledger article on this yet. However, NewsMax appears to quote mostly Star Ledger references.

Ha! I just finished my attempt to find it at NJ.com myself.  It does follow the Star Ledger style guide so it sounds reasonable.  I even checked the Union County edition.

Curious.
