It's pretty bad at FR when CNN is being used as a source for "real" information...

Guys it is time that the anti-Miers camp organizes a big March on Washington in front of the White House and asks the President to withdraw Miers nomination as the US Constitution clearly states that "If the President nominates a Supreme Court who is not approved by some in his party, this some in his party SHALL demand the President to withdraw the nominee or face impeachement at once". (Extreme Sarcasm).

I'll tell you the antidote for sinking into deep Bush hatred. And this is coming from a sufferer. Spend some time with a couple of liberals. It won't take long. Hell, just have lunch with them. You'll be back on the bus in no time. For me, it was my mother and my sister. One sit down meal with the two of them and I might as well have been Andrew Card.

......in the telephone survey of 1,012 adultsI wonder how many of these 1,012 adults could even name the current President without a promt.

Proof of the pudding will be in 06 when the pubs are likely to lose the House to the dems.

Proof of the pudding will be in 06 when the pubs are likely to lose the House to the dems. A year out is too long to make any predictions.
A better indicator are the New Jersey and Virginia gubernatorial elections, held in two weeks.
The Republican leads in Virgina, and Forrester, the Republican, is tied with John Corzine in liberal New Jersey.
If both Republicans win, that is a good sign that none of this means anything about the 2006 elections.
Events in 2006 will affect 2006.

Proof of the pudding will be in 06 when the pubs are likely to lose the House to the dems. Why wait till then? Why not man a phone bank and help defeat the GOP candidate in both the NJ and VA races now? Get giddy now - "Yup, that'll teach Bush and those Mier's conservatives...".

Few weeks ago even Steve Forbes said that pubs will likely lose the House in 06.

It's pretty bad at FR when CNN is being used as a source for "real" information... It is nothing but the old adage "The enemy of my enemy is my friend." The Bush haters have been drooling over the MSM polls since well before the 2004 election.
