Sorry. Not you. I'm assuming that is what the liberal think tank will suggest.

You should charge for that, just ask for a small percentage, fractional even, of the economic gains if they follow your plan exactly. You'd be rich!
Apparently it is that difficult. They won't listen to reason, apparently Maine doesn't think they've done enough to drive themselves into the ground or fully embrace the failed communist policies of places like Cuba.....

The lefties are throwing bucks at the Broookings Institute so they can get "expert" recommendations recommending highly restrictive building rules, centralization of government, and a slew of expensive new governement projects - to be paid for with tax increases.Especially more taxes!! All these things are important elements of ... Communism. (You probably already knew that, but I wonder how many supporters of this idea are in the know?) They are sinking economically and begging lefties to help them fail faster. They just can't seem to get commie enough.

Well, Brookings is probably slightly less liberal than Diane Fernstein. It is definitely non-leftist by political standards in New Zealand.
Not that it says much about what its recipes will look though as the US Democratic Party is at the centre when compared with politics here.
