You can say that again and again. CPS will squeeze for easy money to be squeezed: the regular working taxpayer. They won't go after dangerous dealers who hide well their illicit earnings, and in fact they might hire them for foster care! The reason is that a child made sick by the system creates custodial troubles down the line which allow them to yet come back to unwitting adoptive parents. It's a child meat business and easy side-taxes for their employ. Problem children or other members of the family become agents of the squeezing business: what they cannot get they let CPS get. It's institutionalized bigotry and racism through deresponsibilizing themselves and true abusers.
