Yes, but I don't think it will happen. Dems will line up behind Hillary, in lockstep, but Republicans will make a real choice. Condi is fantastic but she has never held an executive leadership post (CEO or Governor, University President -- Provost doesn't count). Republicans will not fall in lockstep but will make a thoughtful choice, and the vote will be split. It is very likely that George Allen or Mitt Rommey will win the nomination. Condi might be the Veep nominee.
With that scenario, Hillary might win. All she needs is three percent of the electorate to turn around. The reason it didn't happen with GWB is that none of the alleged scandals were true. Allen or Romney could have one scandal, released by CBS during the last week of the campaign, to tilt the election to Hillary.
All the more important, therefore, to fill the SCOTUS with conservative judges and do tax reform before all h-ll breaks loose with a Republican Congress and liberal Democrat in the White House.
Personally, I don't think that Hillary has a chance in hell to win and has the personality of a bucket of a--holes. I hope I am right.
