While it is obvious to anyone who has followed the story at all that the headline is a complete falsehood and 180 degrees away from what actually happened there- the fact that it hasn't been changed when they've undoubtedly been barraged with e-mails and 'phone calls, smells to me like a trap.

It would not be difficult for a major 'news' organization, who demonstrably puts an agenda above factual objectivity, to spin our response to this into 'supporting the supremacists', and feed out-of-context snippets to their pet bloggers.

You and I know that people of that ilk are quickly shown the door here at FR. Joe Public doesn't.

Maybe I am excessively suspicious of the MSM- and giove them more credit than they deserve for byzantine plots.

I tend to think so. This is no plot on the part of the MSM to hit the bloggers. I think the problem is that the MSM has continually tried to construct an alternative reality that they are just incapable of telling the truth when it conflicts with their Left wing biases. And in this case their inability to describe reality has bad results even for them.
