Back in the '70s, a friend and I used to go to the range in Colorado every Saturday morning. Both of us were carrying unconcealed. We'd stop in a diner for breakfast, cops would come in and get their coffee. No problem.

Other times we'd go to a terrific Japanes restaurant near Larimar Square in Denver, park in the back and have to walk down a dark alley. Both of us were packing Browning Hi-Powers.

Bottom line: times were different then, than now. It APPEARS that the pendulum is beginning to swing back to common-flippin-sense.

The Browning Hi Power has to be one of the prettiest semi-autos ever made.

Colorado Springs allows guns in the court room. When that law went into effect. Someone walked into the court room with a shotgun. It was unloaded. Shells where in the persons pocket. No one was arrested and their was no problems. This was in 2003 or 2004.
