Please forgive me for missing the unwritten context of your discussion. I am no mind-reader, so my comments must be limited to the words written by people I do not know and cannot see.
Chill out, descend your High Horse and actually read the post. I do believe the Battle between Evolutionist and those who push Intelligent Design, is not really about science, but about culture.
It's not reading between the lines, but rather seeing the big picture in context.

My Dear Mrs. Mark,
Forgive me once again. I am discussing the Theory of Evolution, and that only. Cultural theory is something completely different, and has nothing to do with museums installing explanatory exhibits regarding the Theory of Evolution.
In another thread, perhaps, I could join you in that discussion. In this thread, however, it is off-topic.
I'm sure you'll understand. Now...if you would like to discuss the Theory of Evolution as a science, or if you'd like to discuss the reasons that Intelligent Design has nothing to do with science, I'll be happy to oblige you.
Cultural issues have to do with Sociology and Anthropology, two fields of study with a less-scientific approach than Biology. Such a discussion belongs in another thread.
Most sincerely yours,
MineralMan
