Agree with all of that. The only thing is enforcement. I mean... it's illegal now. There HAS to be a tough enforcement program on this. It doesn't do any good at all to make something more illegal than it is already, unless the enforcement is there. I sure hope that the reps and senators who are heeding their constituents' call on this put something into place that sends a clear message to the offenders.

I'm hep to that. A greater will among the people to have the law enforced would go a long way towards making it happen. That brings us back to education and publicity which seems to be coming about.
