Nope...I have their Charles De Gaulle listed right there with a lot of pics. It took them seven years from launch to get it commissioned, and another couple of years after that to get it working right...but they are operating it fairly effectively right now. Its the only other nuclear powered carrier in the world outside of the US.
It's been so difficult and costly that there next one is going back to conventional power.
BTW, the Brazilians bought the old Foch and operating a wing of A-4M's off of her. That there too...the Sao Paulo.
I remember going on-board a French carrier in 1959, they carried livestock because of their lack of adequate reefer (refrigerator) space.
