I think we all know the answer to that one!
You're expecting lesser demons to rat out the Devil?
No, just suggesting that there is a Pulitizer to be won by a journalist who is so far not paying attention.
Well, we can tell how afraid Hillary is of the charges in the past..
She is in Hollywood going after more and more money...SHE isn't afraid of charges being brought against her.
It is not charges of the past. It is a continuing fraud that goes to the highest levels of the DNC.
A few reporters did write about the David Rosen criminal trial. Since then, there has been a cone of silence.
Certainly this must be news worthy, or is it not 'fit to print' because a noted Democrat, Hillary Clinton, is involved as opposed to Tom DeLay, a Republican?
Did Nancy Pelosi not have a similar matter, to DeLay, addressed by the FEC?
Sent to NYT, LA Times and WaPo. Will also go to other hostile rags and, reworded, to friendlies.
Because they are no longer "reporters" they are self proclaimed "journalists".
2. Hillary is a defendant, along with the former president, in an historic and unprecedented civil lawsuit proceeding through the California courts. It is expected that she will be under oath during her 2006 senate campaign.
She is very adept at being a defendant, less her selective poor memory attacks she suffers.
3. David Kendall accepted service for Hillary on July 11, 2001. Plaintiff Peter Paul demanded an accurate report be made to the FEC. He included copies of checks, invoices, bank statements, and other items documenting approximately $1.6 million dollars he spent on Hillary's behalf. The same info was provided to her treasurer, Andrew Grossman.
What's in it for Hillary to be able to recall such transactions?
4. Why didn't Kendall advise his client to make an accurate filing rather than the third fraudulent report made to the FEC on July 30, 2001?
He's only working in the best interests of his client and this is a most perfect way to increase sales of his future biography.
5. The third fraudulent report understated expenses by at least $1.2 million.
The war in Iraq costs much more than that and people make mistakes when striving to do their best in doing the peoples business. It's been a tough row to hoe and in their efforts to maintain the peoples business that they don't recall minor mistakes in finances.
6. The fraud continues to this day, and there has never been any effort to correct it.
We have tried and tried to alleviate the political fraud but the likes of Karl Rove and Tom Delay have stifled our efforts in doing so for we have had to spend time on these issues.
7. Send them to HillCAP.org for more info.
FReepers, thanks for your help. The mainstream media is going to have to be dragged kicking and screaming into this story. Let the dragging begin.
My apologize for the obvious sarcasm Doug, however I can envision this as a response from the left.
Great post!!!
We are in for an epic battle with the MSM.
I know but you must get dismayed at how she and Bubba can just stick up their middle finger to the American citizens and judicial system and get away with it...
both, legally and politically!!!
And in fighting said battle, watch the massive increase in MSM promotion to stifle, via regulation, the Internet in the near future.
Indeed. Other than the gala concert being at night, this entire massive campaign finance fraud has been perpetrated in broad daylight.
I don't keep my eyes glued to Fox but am curious as to whether the story has even been reported there. Similarly, has Rush covered this? Perhaps some Freeper could advise on whether there has been ANY reporting of this story. Surely somebody has reported this somewhere, no? If not, a massive campaign of bloggers and Freepers are needed to apply some pressure. Not even the MSM can run and hide forever.
Well placed statement Doug!
Soon the Pulitzer will equal the honorable status of the Nobel Peace Prize.
Keep up the good work Doug, a lot of eyes are on
Freerepublic, it will get picked up.
