Iraq has been a divided country since it's creation by the British some 80 years ago. The "apparent victory" will only be muted by the news media who seems to be on the side of arab facism.

There are people who think the divided nature of Iraq is a good thing. It will limit the desire to give the federal government a lot of popwer.
