Republican senators who voted for ACLU Ruth Buzzi Ginsberg are wondering how they can vote against Miers.
They can't, and they won't.
Especially Republican Senators that are planning to run for POTUS, or have re-election next year...
How DO they explain it....I suppose by saying that although they KNEW that Ginsberg was a left-wing loonie...she had a lot of EXPERIENCE doing so....and Miers doesn't have a lot of judical experience being a loonie yet (left or right wing)
As much as I dispise Ruth Buzzy and disagree with almost ALL of her decisions, she did graduate first in her class from Columbia Law.
Id rather have a pathetic idiological Justice with some brain than a witles Harriet
