McClintock's recommendations for CA Propositions
Propositions 78 and 79: Prescription drug discounts. Do you want the same people who run the DMV to run your pharmacy? NO. These are rival measures, one supported by drug companies and the other by liberal activists – both of which purport to lower drug prices. What they really do is assure that one group of patients gets to pay higher prices to provide subsidized prices for others. There’s no such thing as a free Levitra.

So, I assume you will be voting NO on both Prop 78 and Prop 79?

You are grasping at straws.

I put how I voted in my sig line.

I also gave a link to Tom McClintock's recommendations, which includes votine YES on 73-77.

Your position of agitating AGAINST the reform propositions 74-77 are EXACTLY aligned with the position of the Democrats, including Angelides, Villaraigosa, John Kerry, Diane Feinstein and other left wing liberals. "Birds of a feather flock together.." You are flocking to the John Kerry camp.

I read somewhere that if both 78 & 79 pass, the one with the higher # of votes would take effect. Is that true? I am asking because you appear to have done much more research than I have.
