It says something about how Estonia feels about Russia, that they would rather salute the Nazis.

Clearly the Estonians and remainder of eastern Europe hate the Russians more than the Nazis. Otherwise, they would not have volunteered in droves to go with the invasion of Russia. Let the Russians whine.....its good for them.
There are plenty of Estonians that can be saluted to. That they chose Nazi Estonians is their choice, which has nothing to do with the Russians.
