I seriously don't know! His record for judicial picks is stellar yet is being largely ignored. Since there is such a shortage of writings from Miers, I consider the record and judgement of the man who nominated her.
Even if I were to oppose her... I certainly wouldn't scrape the bottom of the barrel to find 'Birthday greetings' and 'Thank You' notes to attack her writing abilities.
I wonder how long teachers keep homework?
