Totally uninforcable. These guys might disagree with you
police officers removed the two men from a walkway outside of the courthouse Sept. 30 and told them not to return.

The cops and the judge will be sued, and they will lose.

Can a judge be sued? I hope so. I kind of feel sorry for LE put in the middle though. They lose either way. If they know the constitution and stand their ground they could lose their job. If they don't know and remove people they can get sued.

You can sue a judge if he knowlingly violates a law, however it is a pain in the ass to do it.

As I have said for many years the black robed dictators have taken over the country and care nothing for the supreme law the Constitution, they only care for their left wing anti-American agenda.
Does anyone give odds on the prospect that this will be overturned? I would say they are slim to none.

The all-knowing, all-wise California Superior Court Judge William MacLaughlin issues magificent decrees to guarantee the public safety from dangerous free speech, democracy or protests.
The ruling class of judicial gods must be protected from free speech activities as picketing, distribution of literature, and demonstrations.

They may be on to something here. Is there any way to get all the trial lawyers in America to start suing judges ? When a Judge rules against congress and the people then would it not be cool to see like 100 trail lawyers go after him ?

I thought at first there might be some jury nullification proponent issues here, but no. The men are gospel preaching. How petty of the judge.

Has anything good ever come from a "black robe"? First the Jesuits and now the Judges. (I am an American Indian)

Silly judge. No golf for you.
Seriously, he's an idiot if he thinks he can prevent people from discussing their religious beliefs outside the courthouse before the courthouse is even open.
Idiot!
