Anything except lies that materially damage the person they defame. And you are still entitled to slander someone as long as you are willing to pay those damages. Slander is a civil, not a criminal matter.

I must be older than you. The First Amendment guarantees your right to speak about your government without fear of reprisal. It has come to mean that anyone can say anything they feel like.
