It was Karl Rove disguised as Bush who was disguised as Blanco! It was Dick Cheney disguised as Karl Rove who was disguised as George Bush finding a way to cover the fact that the delay was created because no one was available at Haliburton to sign the no bid business contract to get the ball rolling. /s
