Actually, I'm thinking that it might not.....we all remember what happened with Eddie Murphy and it was reported all over the place....I think that he's back making movies again now isn't he? I guess it didn't do too much damage to his career.
Eddie Murphy picked up a tranvestite (a major oops!)and was still mid-career. Boy George is pretty much retired, so that makes a difference.

It is a well-known risk in the gay community that the "gay prostitute" one brings home might very well be a common thug looking for someone easy to rob and who won't likely report the crime to police. It is called "rolling fags" and has been going on for ages.
