Outside of Podheretz and the op-ed page, has it done much coverage of the Miers nomination?
I haven't picked it up in a few weeks.
Either the Post or the News. I read five or six papers a day, so it's difficult to keep sources straight for individual stories. I'd lean toward the Post, since they still cover the courts. That said, again, it could have been written a lot more funny.
