I owe Blurblogger an apology because I forgot to mention something he did that was outstanding. When the justices left the courtroom and the attorneys shook hands, Gary Kreep walked over to a group of law students and saluted the talents of Kendall as a litigator. Then, Blurblogger actually walked up to them and mentioned FreeRepublic.com as a source to which they should look for the news.

No need for any apologies, Doug, I actually triple-dipped. I got big checks from Karl Rove, Halliburton AND Jim Robinson for that FR plug. ;^) And now I can send in some post-FReepathon bucks!
