Nonsense. It's just as legal to withdraw the nomination as not to withdraw it.
"Anarchy" is not a synonym for "political inconvenience for Bush", no matter how much his apologists insist that it is.
It is Anarchy anytime a group of loud mouthed and well funded bullies, conspire to intimidate the citizens of this Republic out of the opportunity to witness a nominee to any office or position in the land, explain her/his position on pertinent issues and display their compentence or lack there of before a properly established and legitimate,bipartisan panel.
