Interesting theory you have there - that my sage advice to unwary visitors actually caused the corruption in the NOPD.

So if I told those same visitors not to wander into Armstrong Park at 2 AM becasue they might be robbed, would I actually be causing the criminality?

Perhaps I misunderstood you, or you me. My point was that the NOPD's rep for brutality is widely known and well-deserved.

Warning people about those who break the law at 2 am is one thing.

Merely warning people about those you have hired and pay the salary's of to uphold the law is another.

The citizens of NO should have been making noise and demanding something should be done about the corrupt officers they pay for. Not just accepting the behavior and warning visitors. Your citizens are just as responsible for allowing this to continue imho.
