Former Vice President Al Gore says he will never run for president again. Considering his scathing attack on America at a recent event in Scandinavia, it seems that's a wise decision.
Al Gore this week used an economic forum in Sweden of all places to discuss his lack of plans to run for high office and, while he was at it, to make the charge that America is "routinely torturing people."
In the not-so-distant past, there was an unwritten code honored by Democrat and Republican alike: Whatever differences they had with one another at home, they didn't attack their president or their nation's foreign policy while on foreign soil.

There are no words to describe this idiot. Is there any way to keep him from re-entering the country? If this country is so bad he should not return.

Thank the Good Lord, once again, that this man lost in 2000 and that Mr. Bush was elected President.

Wasn't it the Clinton Administration that set the policy of exporting captured agents to nations that COULD torture such suspects?
What a lying evil man. I'm so glad he lost his bid for leader.

My personal favorite is still where he praised how fabulous the press coverage was during the early days after Katrina (you know, the coverage that WASN'T ACCURATE).
"But then, like a passing summer storm, the moment faded." -- referring to press coverage about a hurricane...

What a coward; go on Tim Russert or to Claremont or to a Texas truckstop and say that crap and see what happens. He says these things to reinforce the America bashing left in Europe that is then invoked later as to why "they" don't like us. They don't like us Al because losers like you go over there and refuse to defend the country that made your granddaddy rich; just another servile American crawling around before the Eurotwits begging them to forgive our vulgarity. That insecurity complex has been going on among the trust fund rich in this country since Henry James. Ask them this, Al: if they are so smart, how did their foreign policy brilliance lead them two back-to-back wars that destroyed the European nations as world powers?

Now we have to stop Hillary.
With anyone but McCain.

The scary difference between Gore and Kerry is that Kerry doesn't believe a word he utters. Gore, on the other hand, believes every syllable. Heck, he even thinks Current TV is popular, rather than a coma-inducing pot of idiot stew
