Looks like it finally rained on the DC Chapter.

A first.

One for the record books.

When I got out of the Army, I made two promises to myself.
1) I'd never again stand in line for a meal.
2) I'd never aghain stand in the rain.

Well done to the stalwart heros who braved the elements.

We did on occasion experience extremely high levels of humidity, however.
