The guy is clearly resisting arrest.

Why did the cop on horseback deliberately block the view of the videographer? It seems to me that these JBT's didn't want the public to see their shameful actions of beating an innocent elderly man into the ground.

Why did the cop shove the journalist against the car while spewing an obscenity-filled tirade if they (the cops) were doing nothing wrong?

I'm getting tired of the way cops like you with the "us versus them, if your not cop, you're little people" attitude come here and defend every single incident of police abuse and brutality no matter how disgusting.

You are indeed part of the problem, pal.

It amazes me that people I have never met and have absolutely no idea how I do my job seem to think they know everything about me just because I'm a cop who disagrees with them.

I've never said there is no police brutality. I've never said there are not corrupt cops.

In my opinion this incident, which the media has only released a portion of the video from, and which we do not know the whole story, does not rise to the level of arresting police officers for civil rights violations and charging them with assault.

No way.
