Muslims just want to slaughter and kill you and your family as a way of spreading allah's compassion and mercy. It's really for your own good. When everyone is either dead or a slave to allah the world will be a better place. Think of it as theraputic practices from an older, wiser era.

No, that does not indicate a fake. Saudi Arabia supports the bad guys, and they want to bring SA down also. It's the old "feed the tiger in hopes he will eat you last syndrome."
If the letter is a fake, let's produce a fake a week. Then the Z-man will be lost in the shuffle, and no one will know what letter to believe, including the bad guys.
